Kindling Press is an artist collective and small-press publisher of comics, zines, and TTRPGS, founded by Sam Cheng (@kindlesparkk). We exist to champion queer/BIPOC emerging creators, collaborative art, and character-driven speculative fiction. Kindling Press is based on unceded Gadigal land (Sydney, Australia), but features queer/BIPOC diaspora contributors from all over the world (including the United States, Scotland, Canada, Macedonia, and Hungary.) Ultimately, we’re a group of friends who realised that in order to see ourselves in the kinds of stories and art we wanted in the world, we had to put it out there ourselves.
